Standard Shipping is 2 - 4 weeks. processing time is usually 5 - 7 days but can take up to 10 days during high volume seasons, so most orders are recieved in 2 weeks but may take up to 4 weeks during the holidays.
REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES: All custom made items are non-returnable. All non custom made items are exchange-able within 14 days of shipment date. Buyer is responsible for shipping rates both ways.
